Welcome back everyone,

As the title suggests, this week is Pension Awareness Week, and we cannot understate the importance of keeping on top of such a crucial later-life asset. Despite its importance, it can be really easy to ignore, forget or mismanage, and it’s brought up in work conversations with a load of other employment jargon that can make the process feel daunting. Whether you’re approaching retirement now or you’re a long way off being a pensioner, it is always wise to get on top of things, nobody plans to fail, but a lot of people fail to plan! The sooner you get planning the better, and we are here to take the stress of that situation as much as we can, and set you on the path for a comfortable and rewarding retirement. In other news, yesterday was the Adviser Academy in London, where everyone involved in Strategic got together to learn from one another and celebrate connection within the industry. Everyone appears to have enjoyed themselves and most made the trip back home the same day, though others continued to celebrate a bit after working hours had finished, such dedication.
