Welcome back everyone,

As the title may spoil for you already, Theo is moving on from CBIFA. So this week I’d like to take the time to thank him for his hard work and the positive impact he’s brought to the company and the team. Since he joined us as a placement student for his Business and Management Degree in 2022, Theo has made the office a more efficient and vibrant place. This was made apparent to me when he helped me settle in for my start this year, finding a unique way to teach me the ropes whilst simultaneously giving me a solid hazing. It was very easy to get along with him from the get-go, and I am grateful to him for the patience he has shown and the laughs we have shared.

Theo has progressed both us and himself a lot during his tenure. He has helped us streamline our online processing to move things into the digital age, and made huge steps in training to be an adviser, and whilst he may not complete that training with us, I know for certain he will excel in whatever role he chooses. The team has genuinely been made better by his presence and he will certainly be missed, and we hope that this is not a permanent “goodbye” but more of a “see you later”.
