Chris Bibb
- Position with CBIFA and since when – Owner and director since the very beginning in July 2012
- Qualifications: ACII, FPFS, Certs CII (MP&ER), Certs PFS (DM&Securities) BSC (Bronze Swimming Certificate)
- What you are passionate about – Family, helping people achieve their goals, doing the right thing, making a positive impact
- What you are most proud of – My team of course!
- Hobbies – Clay Pigeon shooting, rugby, socialising, Tae Kwon Do (in days gone by). Yo-yo dieting (been there, done that, got the T shirt.. doesn’t fit any more…)
- Interesting little-known fact about you. – I beat the Champion at the SP Auto World Clay Pigeon championships (on 1 stand, he beat me on the other 19)
Tracey Cooper
- Position with CBIFA and since when – Office Manager since August 2015
- What you are passionate about – Family, friends, travel, shopping, Sauvignon Blanc and my beach hut!
- What you are most proud of – My three sons
- Hobbies – Reading, baking, football and gardening
Jez Horgan
- Position with CBIFA and since when – Administrator since 2018
- Qualifications – FPC1 and IOC 2, CII Lifetime Achievers Award and Professional Adviser Administrator of the Year Finalist 2024
- What you are passionate about – my family, local community, and charity fundraising
- What you are most proud of – my children
- Hobbies – starting and running a local youth football team for local kids in the community (www.phoenixyouthfc.com)
- Interesting little-known fact about you – I have written and self-published four fiction books
Robert Dixon-Gough
- Position with CBIFA and since when – Independent Financial Adviser. March 2022
- Qualifications – DipPFS, Cert CII (MP)
- What you are passionate about – Friends and Family, building relationships, helping clients achieve their goals.
- What you are most proud of – My daughter
- Hobbies – Tennis, socialising, following international rugby, attempting to start my golfing career.
- Interesting little-known fact about you – In my youth I used to compete against Mo Farah in athletics (not that I ever got close to him!)
Rhys Anderson
- Position with CBIFA and since when: Admin Assistant & Social Media Officer – February 2025
- Qualifications: On the way!
- What you are passionate about: Helping people achieve their goals and enjoy their lives, family, football and Warhammer 40K!
- What you are most proud of: Raising lots of money for charity by taking part in sponsored football events, which allowed me to play at Loftus Road (and be captain of the Home team playing with Danny Shittu)
- Hobbies: Warhammer 40K, D&D, generally if you can collect it, I do! Also annoying my wife.
- Interesting little-known fact about you: I’ve actually met and played basketball with the Harlem Globetrotters!
Theo Dowler
- Position with CBIFA and since when – Placement Student 2022-2023, Trainee Financial Adviser since 2024
- Qualifications – First Class BA(Hons) Business and Management (Finance)
- What you are passionate about – Football, Golf and Cricket (all sports really), Family, Learning
- What you are most proud of – My degree
- Hobbies – Golf, being at the beach, watching AFCB
- Interesting little-known fact about you – I have a metal collarbone from playing football. I have since hung up the boots and watch now instead.
